The Eastern Districts Junior Basketball Association (EDJBA) is excited to announce the Chris Oliver Coaches Clinic.
Chris is the founder of Basketball Immersion doing clinics all over the world. Chris uses various game play to teach fundamentals. With many coaches in Australia having limited training space his methods are an excellent resource for Australian audiences.
The clinic will take place at Bulleen Stadium, 33 Sheehans Road, Bulleen on Tuesday, April 8 from 7.00pm – 8.30pm on Michele Timms Court.
Chris currently works in leading basketball development at Sierra Canyon, and is a consultant for a number of NCAA D1 programs. Chris was head coach at the University of Windsor where he won over 300 games, and compiled a .750 winning percentage.
Chris also coached a Canadian team of professional players to the prestigious Jones Cup international basketball tournament championship, winning gold in 2018. In addition, he has consulted for NBA, NCAA, high school and club basketball organizations around the world.
