The EDJBA is excited  to announce the latest instalment in the Community Coaches Project with US College Coach Mike Jagacki.

The topic for this clinic will be Lockdown Defence! The clinic will take place at Marcellin College, Bulleen Road, on Thursday, April 11 from 6.30pm – 8.00pm.

In a recent survey of EDJBA Coaches, Defence was the number one area coaches flagged they would like assistance with.

Jagacki is in Australia for a whirlwind tour which will see him conduct a range of clinics and camps for coaches and players alike during the April School Holiday period in both Melbourne and Sydney.

Jagacki has already been a part of 3 trajectory changing programs in his short coaching career. He is an innovator on the defensive end, a relationship builder with his student-athletes and a powerful brand maker in the industry. Jagacki is the author of Lockdown Defense : Developing Elite Defenders which was released in 2021 and rose to #11 on Amazon’s Best Basketball Books. He is also the creator of his Youtube Channel which has amassed over 3.5 million views and over 25k subscribers. Jagacki has presented at several coaching clinics where the pre-registrations for his talks has surpassed 6000 attendees. He conducts specialized camps for basketball teams to improve their defensive fundamentals during the off-season and consults with several coaches throughout the season.
